It is absolutely prohibited to ship electronic smoking products, vapes, their accessories, and add-ons.

You can contact us to provide you with a commercial invoice for your shipment after it arrives at your address (invoices are available for a period of 6 months only from the shipping date).

And after obtaining the invoice, you can contact Amazon and request a refund for the taxes paid via email.

We are not responsible at all if your shipment gets confiscated or returned to us. The return charges will be paid by you.

We are committed to adding shipments to your account the day they arrive. Sometimes, the name or Ship4Less Membership ID are not written on the shipping label. This will cause a delay. Please contact us with the tracking number if shipments are not added to your account the day they arrive.

You can change your local shipping address by accessing your dashboard and clicking on "Edit information" in which you can edit your local delivery address.

After preparing your package and confirming your payment, a tracking number will be issued from the selected shipping carrier, and you will be notified by email to confirm the shipping. You can track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until you receive it.

You can also find your order's tracking number by accessing your dashboard and clicking on "Orders History" to view the tracking number of each one of your orders.

It might difficult to cancel an order after you place it After you place an order. But Please contact us ASAP and we will do what we can to cancel it.

You can update your personal information by accessing your dashboard and clicking on "Address Book" in which you can update your info including your local address or phone number.

Yes! Your unique suite number is what helps us identify your purchases. Failing to add it in the shipping address may lead to your products being lost.

Dimensional Weight is a standard used by all international carriers that is based on the size of the package. It is calculated by multiplying the dimensions of the item (weight x length x height), then dividing that total by the 'DIM divisor' (which equals 139).

You can store your purchases at our warehouse up to 90 days free of charge. Afterwards, an additional $1 fee per package will be charged for each additional day after the free storage period expires (Max 30 days) Then your items will be destroyed.

Your US address is the address you can use to shop from online stores and ship them to us. You can finds you complete US Address in the Control Panel on out website.

Ship4Less provide you with a US Address that can be used to shop from online stores. Some online stores do not provide international shipping, while other stores charges high fee to do so. You can consolidate your purchases at our location then have them shipped all at once to your home.

Sea shipping takes 60-80 days, and it is sent only once a month. Your package may be on hold up to 30 days at our warehouse in case it missed the scheduled shipment date.

The transit time starts the moment the shipping company receives your shipment.
